Usage: 

Place 1 puck into the tray of a wax warmer. 

Each puck is approximately 1.3 oz. There are 3 pucks in a jar

The wax pucks have the cutest bee motif and are sold in a recyclable glass jar. Each jar of wax melt pucks has an approximate burn time of 20 to 25 hours.

Performance:

Essential oil melts have a very light scent when melted and can not be compared with a traditional fragrance wax melt. Please do not expect it to fill a room with scent.

Heat Warning:

Protect your order from heat: Because we do not use any stabilizes or preservatives in our Melts, they do not do well in excess heat. We take as many precautions as possible to ensure your order arrives in tip-top shape in the warmest of weather. If your wax melts arrive soft, please place the entire box in the fridge before removing them from the tray. If you are experiencing extremely hot weather where you live (95 degrees +), we recommend waiting to cooler weather to order Wax Melts.

When burning our candles with wooden wicks, please keep in that they do require additional care and maintenance for the perfect burn. The following conditions must be met for our Customer Care Team to replace your candle:

1. You must have burned your candle for at least 2-3 hours on your first burn to allow the wax time to get to the edge of the jar to prevent tunneling.
2. We will not provide replacements for tunneling issues until at least 75% of the candle has been burned.
3. Please remember there will be up to 1/2" of wax left at the bottom of the candle after your last burn. This intentional design feature ensures the safety of our wick clips, preventing the candle from overheating as it nears its end. This is a normal occurrence and not a defect.

Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You can request a refund within the 30-day period based on the following conditions:

1. Unburned Products: If your product has not been used (burned or melted), we will issue a full refund—no strings attached! 
2. Burned Products: If your product has been partially burned (less than 25% burned or one wax melt puck), a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and processing. We will not accept returns and exchanges of candles burned more than 25%, or Wax Melts with more than one puck melted.
