Minimums do apply, and lead times vary per project. We do private label options for smaller quantities. We accept new co-man clients January through August. Please plan ahead - most projects take 4 to 6 months minimum from concept to production.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you work with all natural waxes? What about soy? At this time, we only work with our beeswax and coconut oil blend. Wooden wicks are our specialty, but we also can work with unbleached cotton wicks.
2. Will you allow me to use my fragrance with synthetic ingredients? No, we do not allow any synthetic ingredients in our facility.
3. Can you turn a custom order around fast? Custom candles take time. We prioritize safety and quality and will not cut corners to turn a project around quickly. A entirely custom candle will take 4 to 6 months to complete. We recommend white label projects using our best-selling scents and jars for projects with tight timelines. White label projects have about a 4 to 6 week timeline.
4. If I'm just getting started with my candle business, where do you recommend I start? We recommend white label with a custom label on one of our tried-and-true scents. White label projects can be turned around in a few weeks and have much smaller minimums.
How Do I Get Third Party Certification on My Candle?
While partnering with us does not automatically make your candle MADE SAFE® certified, we bring years of experience to the certification process with more than 100 SKUs already approved by their rigorous standards. You get to leverage our expertise, formulation knowledge, and direct experience navigating their ingredient review. If you choose to pursue certification for your product, we’ll guide you through every step and handle all submissions on your behalf. Please note that additional MADE SAFE® fees and licensing requirements do apply.
