In urban areas about 15% of all deliveries fail to reach customers on the first attempt because of package theft and delivering to the wrong address. It is extremely difficult for small businesses to eat the losses that occur due to shipping issues. Because of this, we offer Route Package Protection. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged that do not have Route Package Protection.
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
Returns & Exchanges:
As with many other small businesses, we can not afford to offer a complete satisfaction guaranteed refund policy. We have learned over the years that sense of smell is very subjective, and although we really want to, we can’t make everyone happy.
Used candles and opened oils, cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of product defect. Product defect does not include strength of scent of the product. We clearly state that our products are lightly scented and should not be expected to fill a room with scent.

Order Processing & Shipping Times:
Most orders ship within 2 business days, but we ask you please allow us up to 3 - 5 business days to ship your order. In our peak holiday season (October through December) orders may have extended processing times of up to 7 business days.
