Performance:
Essential oil candles have a very light scent when burned and can not be compared with a traditional fragrance candle. Please do not expect it to fill a room with scent.

Properly burning your candle for the first time is crucial: Ensure that the melted wax reaches the edge of the container by allowing it to burn for approximately 2 to 3+ hours. This simple step sets the foundation for an optimal candle-burning experience.

Protect your order from heat: Because we do not use any stabilizers or preservatives in our candles, they do not do well in excess heat. We take as many precautions as possible to ensure that your order arrives in tip-top shape in the warmest of weather. If you are experiencing warm weather where you live, please keep an eye on your tracking number. We highly recommend being home for delivery, or taking your package into a climate controlled area as soon as possible after delivery.
Our One Year Candle Burn Guarantee gives you peace of mind that your candle will burn perfectly when it arrives, and for every time you light it. You can be sure that any defects in the wax and wick are covered - we will replace any candle deemed defective by our Customer Care Team.
Covered claims include: Wax sinkholes, excessive tunneling, and wicks that refuse to stay lit.

This is the best vanilla candle. Mildly strong smell, but doesn’t smell like a fake vanilla smell. I really like it! My favorite from Fontana so far.
First candle we had some issues with burning. After writing a review, the company reached out and shipped us a replacement candle. The candle arrived quickly and again packaged beautifully. I love that the vanilla is a very light scent as we purchased it for my daughter who has asthma but adores candles in the fall and winter.
